EXCHANGE POLICY
To change a product from a purchase you have made in our online store, the changes are subject to our terms and conditions policy, which we detail below:
Changes will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of your purchase as long as they have not been used, damaged or a change has previously been made for the above reasons.
The client must send the garment to our office indicated by the advisor who will assist you on our channels (email, IG, WhatsApp or chat on the page www.vikaman.com). If the returned product is in optimal condition, VIKA MAN undertakes to make the respective exchange within a period of no more than 8 business days.
You can choose any item to exchange as long as the value is equal to what was initially paid.
If you choose items of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
You can exchange one item for two or more as long as the value of the item initially paid is equal to the sum of the new items.

RETURN POLICY
To make your returns you must consider the following conditions:
You can return your VIKA MAN purchase within a maximum period of 8 days from the date of purchase. If it is made outside this period, the return will not be accepted.
If the item has had its original labeling removed, has been used, altered, or is not sent in its original packaging, VIKA MAN will not accept the return and will not be able to refund the money.

Exchanges or returns of accessories are not accepted.
In the event that you request a second return of the same order, VIKA MAN reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For VIKA MAN quality is essential. We thoroughly review and test all our products under real-world conditions to ensure they meet their intended uses. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Our quality control department will check the returned products; If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the full cost of the product will be refunded. You have a maximum period of 15 days to return your damaged or defective product.
No refunds will be made for products:
- That have not been obtained through our online store www.vikaman.com.
- That have been damaged by misuse or neglect (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excess friction, sharp objects, etc.)
- If they have been damaged by improper use or by activities other than their intended purpose.
The useful life of any VIKA MAN product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use and the user's characteristic wear patterns. VIKA MAN products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable useful life of the product will not be replaced.
