You can choose any item to exchange as long as the value is equal to what was initially paid.

If you choose items of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

You can exchange one item for two or more as long as the value of the item initially paid is equal to the sum of the new items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For VIKA MAN quality is essential. We thoroughly review and test all our products under real-world conditions to ensure they meet their intended uses. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Our quality control department will check the returned products; If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, or if the product does not meet factory specifications, the full cost of the product will be refunded. No refunds will be made for products:
